The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:45 PM. Staff do not conduct telephone record searches. Mail requests are accepted with payment and a self-addressed stamped envelope. Recording fees start at $26 for the first page and $4 for each additional page. Copies are $1 per page, and certified copies cost $5 plus the per-page fee.
